OM Meditation - The sound of the Universe
Om is a chant, a meditation, a frequency of sound that starts deep in the throat and represents the sound of the universe. How could a simple one sylable sound represent the universe? One syllable resting in infinity represents the ground of being. The foundation of the material, subtle and causal world, the Kosmos.
